In the current work environment, just having job experience, titles, knowledge, and qualifications isn’t enough to stay relevant and in demand.

The job market is changing quickly due to global forces, and companies are adjusting how they manage talent and evaluate performance. Even if you switch jobs, work for different bosses, or start your own business, the challenges of VUCA world( Volatile Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) will be with you.

So in this VUCA environment one needs to first focus inwards to perform outward and here are my three must takes:

Increase mental flexibility (Mind – IQ)

This is about having an open mind and thinking broadly, considering how different parts connect. Individuals or Executives need to focus on self and the team success and deliver results for various groups requires a bigger-picture mindset.

In NLP, the most effective thinking provides many options, even if not always the most “real” or “accurate.” Being mentally flexible and open to choices makes you more resourceful, supported by other learning areas.

In other words accept separate realities as everyone has their own experiences and be open

Improve mind-body coordination (Body – Physical Quotient)

Individuals and Leaders Leading in this agile environment can be exhausting if not done right. Leaders need to guide and motivate people through change confidently and flexibly, involving not only their minds and emotions but also their bodies.

When people feel overwhelmed and disconnected, it affects their performance. When the body doesn’t align with the mind and heart, actions may not follow suit.

By enhancing our physical intelligence, one can

Deepen emotional connection (Heart – EQ)

I think we all understand the importance of Collaboration( even thought it isn’t for easy for all).It is crucial for success. This includes working with people from different cultures and levels worldwide, making heartfelt connections more important than ever.

To nurture and transform people, lead with compassion, authenticity, trust, openness, and vulnerability. By understanding and expressing emotions, you enhance collaboration, deepening human connections with an open heart.

For a person to succeed and a Leader to Lead one must look inward and work on Mind body and Heart ( IQ,PQ and EQ)
